FREE External Clean Terms & Conditions

Our Free external clean offer is valid with any current offer card when you quote the code at the time of enquiry and then go on to purchase a brand new structure from Room Outside. The offer gives the customer a free external clean of the structures frame, windows, doors and roof only, any additional cleaning and maintenance both external or internally requested will be quoted and chargeable accordingly. The free clean is available 3-6 months after completion of the new structure and is accepted on the terms that Room Outside will be granted permission to take professional photos after the clean has been completed. Room Outside will have full license over any photos taken of the structure, and by accepting our offer, you are also agreeing that the photos can be used on our website, social media and any other marketing activity to promote Room Outside’s products and services.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Free external clean offer is for the first clean 3-6 months after completion of the brand new structure
2. The offer gives a valid offer cardholder a one-off clean of the frames, windows, doors and glass roof externally only
3. The offer is only valid when the offer code is quoted at the time of enquiry via email, over the phone or via an online enquiry form
4. The clean must be booked in for 3-6 months after the completion of your structure
5. The offer ends 6 months after the day of completion of your structure and the free clean offer will have expired 6 months and 1 day from your structure completion date
6. Any additional cleaning or maintenance requested by you, externally or internally, on your structure will be quoted for and chargeable if you wish to proceed
7. The free clean is offered and completed on the understanding that Room Outside will also be given access on the day to take professional photos of your structure once the clean has been completed
8. If the free external clean is completed and access for photography is not given, the clean will be charged to the customer for payment
9. Your free clean booking is subject to change due to the weather and may have to be postponed if the weather is not favourable for both cleaning and the photography to commence
10. Any photos taken can be used as Room Outside deems appropriate in order to promote its products and services in marketing materials online and offline
11. Room Outside owns all rights to any photos taken of your structure and may use them for as long as deemed appropriate
12. Room Outside reserves the right to alter these terms at any time where necessary, including ending the offer entirely
13. By quoting the offer code and taking advantage of this offer, you are automatically agreeing to the terms stated above
