I recently moved into a house with a conservatory put up by Room Outside twenty five years ago which had never been serviced during that time and was in an extremely bad condition . It has needed a complete renovation carried out by the excellent service manager Matt and assistant Warwick , both of whom worked extremely hard throughout and were very polite and pleasant to have around . Matt was extremely knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail in all aspects of the work with the result that I am totally delighted with the appearance of the restored room --truly  a five star service resulting in a beautiful room which it is now a great pleasure to spend time in . We have had (and continue to have) a great experience with Room Outside for the delivery of a glass roofed orangery.  Richard Bennet was extremely patient during our initial flip-flopping on design. However he stuck with us and suggested a number of tweaks that demonstrated his considerable experience, together with a manufacturer (and next-gen glass solution) that he thought would deliver the right, quality outcome. It was a slight leap of faith, and we have subsequently learnt that this was one of the most challenging designs (irregular space) that they have encountered - but you wouldn’t have known it!  Richard shepherded every aspect of the project without fuss and despite the complexity, the resulting structure was millimetre perfect.  The outcome is spectacular - a high quality, contemporary wooden building that perfectly complements the 18C surroundings - and I can highly recommend the solar glass that Richard suggested - the room remains cool despite the recent blistering conditions! All in all a very satisfactory outcome.
