Aluminium is a versatile and extremely lightweight yet strong and hardwearing material that needs very little in the way of maintenance. Aluminium boasts great thermal insulation properties too, especially when combined with our state-of-the-art New Generation Solar and Temperature Control Glass. The full height and width feature glass wall creates a stunning picture frame for the garden view and incorporates a door with a cat flap for convenience. While the bi-fold doors to the end of the glass room open fully, removing any barrier between you and the patio area, inviting you into the outdoors.

Inside is a natural haven that feels calm and tranquil.  The light streams in from all angles even on a wet day. The garden beyond the patio area is slightly raised, making you feel surrounded by nature and giving you an air of privacy as well. Our customer has chosen to paint the external exposed brick wall of the original house, in a calming grey to compliment the charcoal of the orangery frame and give a muted and calming aesthetic.  Paired with the customer’s relaxed sofa and glass hanging trinkets, the cornflower blue of the décor pops. The addition of indoor plants and foliage brings nature indoors and adds to the calming boho atmosphere. The extension incorporates grey painted doors, including a Georgian bar and glass style as well as a painted timber and glass concertina sliding door, giving access and light to the main part of the home.

The spectacular full-length lantern roof is fitted with our exclusive temperature and thermal control New Generation Glass to reduce glare and heat from the sun, as well as to keep warmth in during the colder months.  The roof also features two fully opening skylight windows for further ventilation. The roof glass is framed by simplistic spotlit pelmets and finished off with decorative silver T-bar supports with a delicate floral engraving. Overall a glorious space to relax and unwind in.
